Trunk-Or-Treat (October 26, 2013)

Our ward had a trunk-or-treat on Saturday...

With Batman, Superman and a Doctor in the house, I think Minnie Mouse will be very well protected!

Braeden and Carsen found their mini-me's.

Kamryn was telling me not to take a picture of her, so when I did, it made her pretty mad!

He had a Kleenex box on his booty and had to shake the ping pong balls out.

Gaven's turn to shake his booty

Twins?

I think we now have proof that she's mine... Jason on the other hand...

Cast Off!

Thursday, October 24th was the BIG DAY!

Time to get this stinky, nasty thing off!

He was a little nervous, but recognized the guy as the same guy that wrapped the green on after taking out his spacers.

The white is just cast residue, but the dark color on his arm is his tan, dead skin that hasn't had the chance to slough off.

Waiting for Gaven while he gets x-rays...

Everything looked good, so he went home with a splint for 2 more weeks.

We forgot to take pictures of his arm before his bath (that we took RIGHT when we got home!), so I grabbed the camera quick before he soaked for 15 minutes and all the dead skin came off.

His arm is now the color of the rest of his hand in this picture.

He's doing well so far, it's be a full week since he got it off.  The x-rays show that the bone is still healing, so we're being "careful" for a few more weeks.

All Things Baseball

Another tooth sees it's death by a baseball in our family... Intentionally, of course!

Reds Team Pictures

I had the opportunity to take some team pictures for Braeden and Carsen's team.  Even though I put lower resolution pictures on here, I assure you, they turned out really nice!

Gaven and Kamryn helped with the scoreboard for the game.  When I say "helped", I mean that they helped out by doing it by themselves.

Carsen caught the first 2 innings and this is the look of a little boy who jammed his thumb on his catching hand 2 days before catching his big brother for 2 innings!

Injury timeout: Line drive to the foot. He was able to shake it off and continue...

As if it was possible for him to get skinnier!

One of Carsen's teammates did his eye black for him... can you tell?

Nate, Braeden and Carsen

Great season, boys, we are VERY proud of you!
